Tell us about your business. What do you do or sell, etc?: We're an online kids footwear store focussing on funky things for your children's feet. We're all about great brands that offer quality products that are comfy and cool! Many of these brands also have great ethical credentials; you can read about these on each of the products details where they have been made available to us. You'll find on Little Stomper brands you already know and love, plus some kooky little designers we have found whilst out and about.

Tell us about yourself & your family: Mum, dog owner, chair lover, bossy boots, Royal Navy sailors wife. Part time super hero. Shopaholic. Furniture specifier by day, blogger by night. I blog. I tweet. I drink. I fall asleep on trains. Currently living in Hampshire, UK

What is the biggest challenge in running your business?: Getting it out there. Promotion, Marketing & PR are time consuming and so difficult especially if you have a limited budget.

What motivates you?: Evey time I get a repeat customer, a nice comment, a great review. Every time someone writes about us. That feedback spurs me on....

Can you recommend any good resources/websites/networks?: Yes. For what's hot look at site like Bambino Goodies. Look on forums to do with your trade - I spend a lot of time on ecommerce forums and seo forums to make sure I am doing the right thing.

Why did you join this network and what is your favorite thing about it?: The advice, the impartially and the opportunity to network

Little StompersWhat do you do for fun? : Being home a lot alone, husband is currently deployed for seven months, my for fun things have to be at home. So I geek about - I blog a lot. I also love sewing, although Im not too great at it!

What made you get into the business?: I felt there was a gap in the market. I buy most of my little ones clothes online, but was struggling to find shoes that were great for my child's feet and also looked cool.

What was the biggest challenge in starting your business?: Choosing the right products to cover all tastes within my budget.

What advice or inspiration can you offer other moms wanting to start their own business?: It's hardwork, but the rewards are worth it. People want to help. Ask for help. Surround yourself with positive people and don't let people bring you - or your ideas - down.
